| Heavy Duty Spinner |
| Here is a rather neat idea for a heavy duty spinner.
This comes I believe from the late Doug Hagerman parafoil maker from the US |

| The spinner consisted of a length of heavy rubber reinforced pressure tubing about 3 to 4 cms in diameter. A screw together cable clamp held a thrust ball race in one end. The cable clamp was positioned so that it was just on the edge of the ball race. A heavy eye bolt was fitted through the centre of the ball race and holes in the other end of the tube were used to attach the spinsock. A rather neat solution which does not require any engineering skills |
